MUJI USA accepts returns of unwashed and unused merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that certain items, such as innerwear and final sale products, are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Review Policy

  Ensure your items are in original condition with tags attached and that the purchase was made within the last 30 days.

  Initiate Return

  Log in to your MUJI account to access your order history and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in your online return request.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.
