What is your return policy for online purchases?
We accept returns of unwashed, unworn, and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain items, such as innerwear and opened cosmetics, are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Can I return an online order to a physical MUJI store?
Currently, items purchased on the MUJI USA online store must be returned via mail to our distribution center and cannot be returned or exchanged at physical retail locations.
